MRK Pipes Ltd. was started in the year 2003 when Kalani Industries Pvt. Ltd. hived off it’s Asbestos Cement Pressure Pipes business into a separate company. We are one of the largest manufacturers of Asbestos Cement Pressure Pipes in India. Our annual capacity is in excess of 50,000 MT. Asbestos Cement Pressure are used in the drinking water supply schemes. They are the most widely accepted pipes for the drinking water supply schemes all over India because of the following advantages over the other pipes such as PVC, Cast Iron, Ductile Iron etc. :
·They are 100% cheaper then Cast Iron and Ductile Iron.
·The life of A.C. Pressure Pipe can safely be assumed at 100 yrs.
·They are the only pipes whose strength increases with age.
·They are maintenance free as there is no corrosion unlike in Cast Iron and Ductile Iron Pipes.
Today we are the largest suppliers of A.C. Pressure Pipes in India, having manufacturing sites at Pithampur in District Dhar (Madhya Pradesh), at Kaladera, Jaipur in the State of Rajasthan and at Rewari in the State of Haryana. In the year 2006, the Company also started production of Asbestos Cement Sheets in District Bhuj in the State of Gujarat with a capacity of 60,000 MT per annum. The plant is now running at full capacity.

Our clients include the states of Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala etc. We are proud to have the recognition by the bureau of Indian Standards and our Pipes are ISI marked certifying the quality of our product. We are an ISI mark series certified company as a mark of our quality management systems. Our pipes and sheets are recognized under the patented brand name of “SAURABH”.
